The city of Nottingham has a history that dates back to 600AD and has been immortalized as the setting for the fictional adventures of Robin Hood; a likeness of the people's hero continues to steal the affection of visitors near Nottingham Castle.

A modern attraction, the Angel Row Gallery is home to an array of contemporary visual art pieces. For those in search of a spine-chilling experience, the Nottingham Ghost Walk is just the order. While telling tales of ghosts and visiting ancient areas of Nottingham, including a cemetery, the tour ends with a visit to the spooky underground caves beneath the Salutation Inn and perhaps, for a lucky few, an actual ghost sighting.
